Return and Refund Policy

•  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
•  You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We will also pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
•  All returned items must be received in as new condition.
•  Examples that render a product non-returnable include, but are not limited to: evidence of attempted installation, parts that have been cut, bent, broken, creased, scratched, soiled, melted or discolored. Also, we will not accept returns for any items that have been altered, painted, repaired or for any reason that has rendered the product non-returnable.
•  Warning: Texan Auto seat Cover is not responsible for damaged or lost packages returned by the customer.
•  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee if they wish to return an item after 30 days of the delivery date.

COMPATIBILITY:

•  These Brand New OEM Replacement Seat Covers are compatible with Heated and Powered Seats However, The heating elements are not included. If you have cooled seats please note that before placing your order.
•  Texan auto seat cover is not responsible for any misfunction/malfunction of the Airbags once the buyer replaces the old cover with the new one.
